All payments are made through third-party gateways (WorldPay,PayPal). We do not take or store any credit/debit card information.
The user's own data is limited to his/her user name (not necessarily their actual name) and his/her e-mail address (to allow us to contact them about his/her account or changes to the site).
The property/ies that the user administers are 3rd party for the purposes of the policy, however, the user can administer his/her own property.
The data held for each property is as follows: A unique (in-house) ID, the street name, the city name, the postcode, the provider of energy, any credit/debit owing or owed at the given property.
